The registration process is usually done online hence it is the responsibility of the trainer to do the registration for his crew. They have to create a studio account via the online platform or website provided. More so, the coach forms a roster of the trainees, and the data is entered once. Usually, the roster has to capture the ages of the dancers as well as the dancing type.

After the opening the online studio, the trainer must register his team and send all the paperwork that included a signature form the owners of the studio. If the studio has failed to meet the deadline, the dancing crew will be disqualified. Usually, there are no corrections that are made after the period is past and no entries can be made via phone, email or the fax. Hence, if the trainer is late, he/she can make his crew lose a chance to participate in the contest.

Once you enter the event, you should know that the directors and facilitators will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. So all the participants, students, parents, directors of studios or other spectators have to take care of themselves when at the event. To add on that, if they lose any property, the facilitators of the event will not be answerable.

If it chances that an act extends past the set time without earlier notification of the judges or without making payments for the extension, the team will be penalized by being deducted a point from their total points. More so, if they win any prize, any additional costs are deducted as well form their overall prize money.

Additionally, the soloists are allowed to perform only three solos when they pass to the regional contentions. However, it is not a must that they compete against other contestants of their age.
